Like any form of astrology, a reading is inherently subjective — two astrologers looking at the same chart can reasonably read it differently. Because of this, if a report doesn’t feel accurate to you, or its predictions don’t match how things turn out, that on its own isn’t grounds for a refund. We stand behind the reading being genuinely prepared using the method we describe — we don’t stand behind, and can’t promise, that any specific prediction will come true.
Your report is a digital product. Once it has been successfully generated and made available to you for download, we consider that order fulfilled — the same way a downloaded ebook or PDF purchase is complete once it’s in your hands. You can redownload it any time at no extra cost.
This is the one case where we do refund you: if you were charged but your report failed to generate, your order is stuck pending, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact support within 7 days of the payment and we’ll sort it out. This is separate from the point above and isn’t affected by it.
