Your birth details are sent to Prokerala, the third-party astrology data provider we use to calculate your chart, dasha periods, and dosha analysis. Payment is processed securely by Cashfree Payments; we do not store your card or UPI details. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We keep your birth profile and past reports for as long as your account is active, so you can redownload a report without paying or regenerating it.
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and data at any time, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act — just contact support with your registered phone number.
